Fall in Love with 6am : Playlists
More often than not a healthy relationship with work has to begin and end with a healthy headspace, but finding the time, money, or energy to make yourself feel good from dawn 'til dusk isn't always easy. Often it's the little things that have a big impact on our mood, so we've shared some of our favourite tunes to make 6am a little less of a struggle.

We all have days when we feel like we need to fake it ‘til we make it, but you don’t need to perform miracles on a Monday morning to start your week on a high note. Whilst early morning yoga, a productive gym session, or a crisp run at dawn can all be great ways to start your day, there are some mornings where it just ain't gonna happen. Yet just because you hit snooze a thousand times and spent your designated gym time fantasising about a world with no alarm clocks, it doesn't mean that you should miss out on the endorphins that will set your day, and your week, up for success.
At Sunday Sanctuary we are firm believers that the simplest answer is usually the right one. Sometimes all we need is a pair of headphones to focus our minds on everything that's good in the world, even on the greyest, wettest of Mondays.
We've compiled a list of songs for your personal montage as you stride into the office this week, from the 60s right up to the 21st Century. We encourage you to share your own suggestions, which we'll add to our Spotify playlist until Radio One is begging us all for a breakfast show.
